oThe starting pay is $12.
20 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (the listed rates are subject to change based on work location)oAfter 6 months of employment the pay rate will increase to $12.
90oAfter 1 year of continued employment the pay rate will increase to $13.
50oWe offer flexible work scheduling.
oWe provide paid training and mileage reimbursementThis route will service the following retail locations:
Walmart, 1126 Highway 38 North, Tipton, IA, 52772; Dollar General, 1510 Cedar St; Dollar General, 315 E Highway 30, Lisbon, IA; Dollar General, 1200 W 5Th St, Wilton, IA; Dollar General, 2000 Cedar Plaza Dr.
, Muscatine, IA; Dollar General, 3614 Grandview Ave, Muscatine, IA; Dollar General, 807A Grandview Ave, Muscatine, IA; Dollar General, 209 Highway 30, Wheatland, IA; Dollar General, 107 Lincoln Highway, Stanwood, IA and Dollar General, 901 Cypress St, Muscatine, IA.
The weekly average hours are 7 hours per weekThe weekly hours may increase to an average of 11 hours per week around holidaysPrimary
Responsibilities:
oMerchandise and maintain all product displays within the greeting card department as well as other areas of the store as needed.
oWork in a fast paced retail environment utilizing your effective time management skills.
oPartner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
oUse a company provided tablet to perform basic job functions, such as reviewing weekly service and tasks, inventory functions, time entry, etc.
