Job Description:
Meeks Construction Inc is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Production Manager.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the production department.
The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production process and all related functions.
The position requires a person who is well organized, has great attention to detail, and is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required 10
years of related experience in siding, roofing, windows and doors Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to maintain communication with clients Ability to work with heavy equipment, power tools, and other equipment that may be used for production purposes
Responsibilities:
Manage production process including but not limited to ordering materials, scheduling installs, quality control, customer satisfaction Oversee production schedule and ensure all production personnel are meeting deadlines.
Work with management on production issues as needed.
Maintain quality standards for all products installed.
Order materials accurately for all projects Communicate with clients via phone calls consistently Vehicle and equipment maintenance logs and scheduling Supervise staff on a daily basis.
Organize and maintain production email Follow written production process Maintain a positive mental attitude Job Type:
